Which character or part of the book was the most fun to write? Which part was the hardest?
This is an anthology with 14 writers, and I think the most fun part was deciding on how to arrange the testimonies. The hardest part was the production and overcoming obstacles that constantly came up. I remember getting on a plane going to Orlando and saying to myself things will work themselves out. That was me having to put things in God’s hands.

Can you tell us something that even your most loyal fans may not know about you?
I once had a crazy fit when things were not going my way. I said I wasn’t going to write anymore. I said I didn’t ask for this writing gift. God spoke to me and said, “If you don’t do it, I will find someone else.” I came to myself and embraced my gift.
