5 Words for Reflections:
Suspenseful, shocking, compelling, unpredictable and devotion
Can you share one highlight from the book?
Gloria loves Vivian like a daughter; she is protective of Vivian. She’s the moral compass for Vivian.
Purpose of the book:
The story asks, “What are you willing to do, to get what you want?” All of us face crossroads in our lives and the choices we make at that time define who we are.
Are there themes that you find turn up again and again in your work? A common thread?
Most of my characters want acceptance, success, family, love and to feel protected.
Which character or part of the book was the most fun to write? Which part was the hardest?
I enjoyed writing the scenes of friends hanging out and laughing together. The hardest part was saying goodbye to the characters when I finished writing the story.
Can you tell us something that even your most loyal fans may not know about you?
I love DC comic superheroes in animated and live-action movies/TV shows.
