How do you get the idea for your book Love’s Crazy?
Love’s Crazy is a compilation of various short stories that were all born from my participation in what’s called Freestyle Fridays in a Facebook Group, EyeCu Reading and Chatting. Each Friday a number of authors are given a platform to showcase their talents. The group’s founder Ebony Evans throws out various pictures as writing prompts with a subject attached. The authors don’t know the topics prior to Friday morning.
The stories I gathered together all have to do with love. They are of various genres, erotic, paranormal, and romance but each story is a little crazy or the people in it are.
What is your favorite line from your book question?
Pinpointing one line is a bit difficult. But in this collection, I’d say “It’s All About Us” would be my favorite story.
Which of your characters do you believe are most like you and why question?
Tatiana from the story It’s All About Us because she was devoted to her relationship and nothing was more important than the bond she and her husband had.
What message do you hope readers will take away from your book?
I hope this book introduces readers to other genres they normally wouldn’t read.
How did you get published?
Well, I published on my own, under Skylar Publications. I’ve been self-publishing since 2011.
Do you have any new books in the works?
I have a few new books in the works. Splitting Souls is one. It’s about a detective in search of a serial killer. Unbeknownst to him, he and the killer are more familiar than he’s aware of.
Is there anything else you would like the readers to know?
I’d like any readers that have and even those who haven’t tried out Kindle Vella to like and follow my series. Signed In Ink.
