Can you share one highlight from the book?
One highlight is that my mother’s character was so special that she once found money in the Park and waited over 8 hours to see if someone came looking for it.
What is the purpose of this book?
The purpose of this book is to promote healing after grief.
Are there themes that you find turn up again and again in your work? A common thread?
I think a recurring theme in my work is focus on self love and self care.
Which character or part of the book was the most fun to write? Which part was the hardest?
The part of the book most fun to write were the fun childhood memories. The hardest part was recapturing the heartache felt after my mother’s death.
Can you tell us something that even your most loyal fans may not know about you?
Something my fans don’t know is that I’m a crybaby. I am very emotional and cry very easily.
Is there anything else you would like to share with our readers?
In this book, I expose my soul. It is my personal journey and in this book I am very emotional. You will hear my voice speak through the pages. It is not only a book of loss, it is a Testament of love.
