The Mask – Rebecca Outlaw

She reached out to hold my mask up,

HEY! She said quietly but emphatically abrupt,

Let her out! I need her to be on the other side,

This place YOU call refuge i no more want to abide,

Why can’t we both live? Shouldn’t we both be free,

Who cares that the doctor said it should only be just me,

No matter all these years you were our most prominent,

We always acknowledged that i am our most dominant!
