Tell me more about your latest book.
This book is about loss, healing and coming to terms with understanding through faith.
What was the most challenging aspect of writing this book?
Reaching to my pain of the passing of my brother, daughter and my mother now dealing with the ravages of Alzheimer’s.
What is your normal procedure to get your books published?
Went through independent publishers. Black Currant Press and Creative Talents Unleashed. Had to republish two books because the publisher of Creative Talents Unleashed had to close her publishing services.
What has influenced you the most as an author?
The gift of God to give me the words to write.
How many books have you published thus far?
I have three.
As an author, do you prefer the traditional book or online version? And why?
There is something about seeing my work in print that whoever has it can pick it up at anytime.
How hard are easy is it to establish and maintain a career in writing?
Difficult unless you get a push like Amanda Gorman.
What is your advice for aspiring authors?
Continue writing and reading other authors until you find your voice and stay with it.
