One part of the book talks about hand washing. Soulette nana is asking her do she children at school washing there hands. The nana is also telling her how important is wash her hands, how long to wash her hands, and the importance of washing her hands every time she touches an object.
What is the purpose of this book?
The purpose of the book is to make children aware of things that they can do to help reduce their chances of catching a cold.It is also the type of information that stays in the children minds.

The theme of the book is about catching colds. Why children might have caught a cold.
Which character or part of the book was the most fun to write? Which part was the hardest?
Soulette because she wants to know where do colds come from. There was no hard part.

I am quiet by nature. And I enjoy my alone time.

Biography
Author Avalon Brown grew up in Newark, New Jersey. She is the author of six books. A memoir, a novel, and four children books. She have two children, seven grandchildren and two great gran children. Her goal with her children books, is to write a book with each one of her grandchildren being the character. This will be her legacy to them. Avalon is adventuring into write a book of spiritual poems. She has been a Registered Nurse for 39 years. She has worked in many areas of nursing. Ex: The first 18 years she worked as a post-surgical nurse. The next 20 years she worked in the field of dialysis as a charge nurse for 17 years, and a clinical manager for 3 years. She is currently work as an Infection Control Preventionist. She is a member of the American Nurses Association, the New Jersey Nurse’s Association, and the Association for Professionals in Infection Control. In her spare time she enjoy the outdoors and going to church. She is a very devoted to God. And enjoys the blessing of love God has given to her. She finds joy in being a comfort to those in their time of need. Her goal is to spread as much love as she can.
