As the Author of the new book, UNSPOKEN, Real-Talk of Today’s Blended Family. Michelle S. Thomas has chosen to speak on some real challenges happening within families today, especially blended families. She writes in a raw, unfiltered style that does not shy away from issues “infecting” the modern family. She is one to always speak her truth and be open and honest about her journey, which is what builds her credibility with the people she speaks to daily. Her 20-year path of blending a family, has been full of starts and stops, pain, gain, love, loss, and sacrifices. She chose to not follow her encouraged path of a college degree and purpose her energy and time into the growth and support of her husband and children. Life became her unfiltered teacher and unframeable degree. And through some of those fire storms, emerged a better understanding of people and families today.
