I ADMIRE: Michelle Lindo-Rice

This week I am admiring the great people in my life.  Today it is Author Michelle Lindo Rice.

Originally from Jamaica West Indies, I see myself as a lifelong learner. I have earned degrees from New York University, SUNY at Stony Brook, Teachers College Columbia University and Argosy University. I’m a pastor’s kid and uphold the faith, preaching, teaching, and ministering through praise and worship.

She has always written songs and stories, but her journey towards becoming a published Christian fiction writer took time. Michelle accepted Christ in her life at sixteen years old, but as an educator and mother of two, she had learned how to compartmentalize my life.

She  is a faith-based author. She is my favorite Christian fiction author. I have all of her books. I love Michelle because she exemplifies Christianity as a whole. Michelle believes the four F’s faith, friendship, family, and forgiveness. I also believe in those. I look up to Michelle because she is a Godly woman. I will continue to support such a special woman. I love when I call on her for anything she is willing to help without hesitation. I admire Michelle first off for being a confident, independent woman of God. When reading her books, I can see that she is on the Lord’s side and is very proud of her walk with the Lord. There are so many things that I can say about Michelle and I could go on for days and days telling you all the wonderful things about my favorite author. As I said before, I have read all of her book and I enjoyed them also. All of her books are five stars. My favorite books by Michelle is My Steps Are Ordered,  A Piece of the Pie, and her new released novel, Small Town Love. I admire Michelle because of her creativity for the glory of God. Thanks Michelle for your time, your craft, and your creativity.
