That’s the question Angel Taylor has the impossible task of answering. Angel is a health and fitness coach as well as a very successful healthy living blogger. She’s saved the lives of thousands of readers and clients, yet she couldn’t help the two people she loves the most… her parents.

Cynthia has lived with diabetes for years. The love of her life and father of her four children, Brian, has high blood pressure. Years of ignoring all the warning signs have put them both in a very difficult position. Cynthia and Brian are both on dialysis and their only hope is a new kidney.

As life would have it, their oldest daughter, Angel, is the only match for both of them. Angel has to decide whose life she will choose to save, but the ultimate question is, who will she let die?



Torn is about a daughter’s love for her parents.  This short read that will leave you on an emotional roller coaster.  The family in the story had a traumatic experience and keeps the reader engaged from the beginning to the end.Both Angel’s parents has been diagnosed with an illness that they both need a kidney.  She has to make a very difficult decision who to choose between her parents.

This is a story of faith, family, and love.  This story has some surprises and unexpected turn of events.  The twists and turns of the story will leave you running through the pages to get to the end.  This beautiful testimony of love of your family. 

I recommend this book.  I give this book 4.5 stars.  Can’t wait to read more by this author.
