REVIEW – Moni and Sam are marriage is falling apart and they are trying an unconventional marriage intervention, but did it make it worse or what? Debo and Adele are their friends that are living fairy tale marriage from the outside. But don’t always judge the book by its cover.

While reading this story, I was blessed. Mrs. Kay you really ministered to me. Thank you.

Whenever I read a book I always try to find why the author named the title and boy this time I was wrong!

This story had a lot of unexpected twist and turns. Nothing predictable about this story. I was hurt, disappointed, angry, shocked, and amazed with this story.

In this book, I learned about some of the different cultures and traditions that I didn’t know about that I want to learn about Nigerian culture and Canada’s traditions.

The characters were well developed and relatable. They brought the story alive. The story line was smooth and was very understandable. The author’s writing style and grammar was on point. The theme of the book was denial, redemption, love, forgiveness, and ownership. Lot of cliques and Scriptures were used throughout the book that kept me on my toes. Like for example: The battle is not yours, it is the Lord’s. The grass is not always greener on this side. Don’t judge a book by its cover. If it is your will Lord, let it be done.

All I can say is praise God for the blessings and praise Him. Thank you.

This was my first book by this author and will not be my last. Thanks for a great read.
